About five minutes, one person, no tools. Unzip the compression bag and unroll it · on the modular models the pieces then zip together. There's nothing to screw, bolt or lift into place.

Because it ships compressed. The foam needs up to 72 hours to fully expand and reach its final softness. Firm on day one is normal and expected · it's not a fault, and it doesn't need breaking in beyond that.

Box count and sizes for this item are listed under Dimensions above. The sofas need your rear seats folded down · most wagons, SUVs and vans will take one, a sedan won't. Single modules and ottomans are far smaller. If it doesn't fit, delivery is free across Canada in 5 to 7 days.

On the modular models the pieces zip together, so you can add an armless chair or another ottoman at any point and everything still locks in properly. Nothing is glued or fixed.
