What’s Covered
Our warranty protects your furniture against manufacturing or material defects from the date of delivery.
Specifically, we cover:

Structural defects in the High-Density Foam, such as uneven expansion, premature sagging, or collapse not caused by misuse. -
Craftsmanship Issues
Defective stitching, loose seams, or other manufacturing flaws. -
Closures & Hardware
Malfunctioning zippers or integrated closures that fail due to manufacturer error. -
Corduroy Fabric Durability
Our corduroy is made to last — soft, textured, and durable. While built for everyday living, normal wear and aesthetic changes are not considered defects.
What’s Not Covered
We want to keep things clear and transparent.
Our warranty does not cover the following:

Normal Wear & Tear
Gradual softening of foam, flattening of corduroy ribs, or fading from sunlight and heat exposure. -
Misuse or Improper Care
Damage caused by commercial, rental, or hospitality use.
Use of harsh cleaning chemicals or exposure to moisture or extreme temperatures. -
Accidental Damage
Spills, stains, burns, tears, or punctures resulting from mishandling or accidents. -
Pet Damage
Scratches, chewing, or clawing from furry friends. -
Unauthorized Modifications
Repairs, alterations, or customizations not approved by O’Cloudy. -
Acts of Nature
Damage from fire, flood, or other natural disasters.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
We make it simple.
If you believe your product qualifies for a warranty claim, please email our team at support@ocloudy.ca with the following:
- Your order number.
- A short description of the issue.
- Photos or videos showing the defect.
- Any visible product tags or labels (typically found under the cushion or frame).
Please note:
- Coverage starts from your original delivery date.
- Only the original purchaser can submit a claim.
- O’Cloudy reserves the right to assess and determine warranty eligibility.

No registration is required. Your warranty automatically begins on the day your furniture is delivered. Simply keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase in case you ever need to file a claim.

Our warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. If you sell or gift your O’Cloudy furniture, the new owner will not be covered under the original warranty.

If your item or fabric is no longer available, we’ll offer a comparable replacement or suitable solution of equal value. Our goal is always to ensure you’re satisfied with the outcome.
