How returns work
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to start a return. Here's what happens next.

Start your return
Enter your order number (like #2315) and the email or phone you used at checkout, then pick the items to send back.

Send it back
We'll give you the return address. Return shipping is free when the item is in its original packaging.

Get your refund
Once we receive and approve your return, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Good to know
- Items must be in their original condition, with proof of purchase.
- If the item has been opened or unpacked, 15% of the selling price is deducted from the refund to cover restocking and handling.
- Defective or damaged? Tell us within 48 hours of receiving it. We cover the return shipping and offer a replacement, a discount or a refund.
- Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items.
